Recently planted an outdoor garden; NW exposure with some shading from large, adjacent Oleander.
It's been growing and looks very healthy, however, there are no longer the colored flower-like leaves! Only green? What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for helping me. Peggy

I don't think there is anything to be concerned about. Bougainvilleas grow and bloom on a 6 or 8 week cycle. This means they grow, then they flower, then they rest. When they've finished resting they will begin the growth and flowering cycle all over again. In a few weeks you should see some color develop.

Enjoy!
