I have a calomondin citrus tree that's 3 years old but still hasn't bloomed. Any suggestions?

Your orange tree is just about mature enough to blossom and bear fruit now. Basic care for indoor citrus trees includes:
average household temperatures, a minimum of 50F in the winter, place the plant in the sunniest spot available, water moderately all year 'round, and mist the leaves occasionally. Keep the plant out of drafts, and feed every three weeks with half-strength liquid fertilizer.

Be patient a little longer and your tree will bear fruit. When blossoms open you can help pollinatethem by dabbing each flower with a cotton swab.
