| Lilia, I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up! You might need to check that the plant is not dead. Scrape the bark back and look for signs of life. Bend a branch to see if it is dead and dry or not. If it is alive give it a little more time.
