After purchasing blooming iridescent orange ice plants and planting them (Late April) in my front garden, the original blooms have now died and I still have not seen NEW blooms. Doesn't this plant continue blooming through Spring and Summer?

There are hundreds of ice plants in different genera so without knowing exactly which one you have, I can't confirm the typical bloom period. However, since you recently transplanted, it is likely that the iceplant is just going through a bit of transplant shock (especially since temperatures are warming up) and when its root system establishes, it will bloom again.
