| Loretta, I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up! They may be mealybugs or some other type of insect in the group known as "plant bugs" (no kidding!). You can spray them with some insecticidal soap to help get them in control.
