I would like to plant some fast growing trees next to my fence line. I am looking for trees that grow at least 8-10 feet high. I was thinking magnolias.

Leeann,

I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up!

That sounds like you are wanting very small trees. You might then consider crape myrtle, grancy greybeard (Chinese fringe), 'Little Gem' Magnolia (small but not too fast growing), or Vitex.

Thanks for the question. Best wishes for a wonderful gardening season. Please stop in again soon!
