Can I repot this and put in my greenhouse late fall and winter?

Impatiens are annual plants; they flower, set seed and then die. You can collect seeds from your impatiens and sow them in pots at 2-3 week intervals in your greenhouse. This way you'll have an entire winter's supply of flowering impatiens.
