The Q&A Archives: Asa-Florum Lily Matrix

Question: I just bought this from Home Depot, and I've never heard of this before. Do you have any info on how to plant or take care of this Lily.

Answer: Asa-Florum Lily Matrix is the Dwarf Asiatic lily 'Matrix' which grows to 16". They were introduced in 2006. The petals of this unique bi-color are fiery-red with a splash of orange in the center. It is a compact grower but the blooms are upward facing so the color jumps right out at you in the garden.
