My vinca plants are turning yellow and have black spots on them. Seems like every year I plant them.. they turn yellow... we put some garden lyme on them and they green up ok.. but it doesn't seem to be working. Help....

Vinca minor or periwinkle is potentially affected by some foliage diseases. I would recommend you work with your local county extension to obtain a diagnosis of the problem and based on knowing that, decide how to proceed. If a chemical control is needed they will have the most up to date information on what to use and how/when is best to apply it for maximum results. I'm sorry I can't be more specific for you long distance.
