Our plants were full of flowers when we bought them from homedepot and now all flowers fell off and they look like a bunch of sticks, they only lasted about 2 week. Do they keep flowering or are they dead?

Ranunculus blooms in spring (like many other bulbs). If you cut off the dead flowers and flower spikes, they often bloom a second time. At the end of the summer the foliage will die and the bulbs will rest. Next spring they will flower again for you. Your plants are not dead but are simply resting. cut off the flower stalks and they may bloom again for you.
