The Q&A Archives: black army ants that bite

Question: I have millions of black army ants in my flower bed along my drive way, they bite aswell. I tried old motor oil last year all they did was move down father in the flower bed. HELP, I want them gone, now!!!!!!!!

Answer: If you can locate the nest, you could pour boiling water on it. Be careful not to spill it on yourself or nearby plants. A number of chemical controls and instructions for how to use them are included in the following article from the University of Kentucky.

I hope this helps.
