Answer: I wouldn't do anything at this point. Usually when it's early spring and the plants have lots of stored energy they will replace leaves lost in a late frost. It just takes them a while to recover from the shock and to gather up the energy to replace the leaves. Just water as you normally would and take a wait and see attitude. If they do not leaf out in 6-8 weeks, the frost may have done more extensive damage than just nipping the leaves. Only time will tell.
