I recently planted the following trees: Cherry, Apricot, Peach, Nectarine, Golden Delicious and Fugi Apple, Lemon and Mandarin. I would like to know if there is a book that would tell me when to prune, feed, and spray, each of these types of fruit trees and how much to water.

The University of California at Davis has compiled two outstanding publications on fruit tree management in home gardens. Both are available for free from the following websites. I think you'll find everything you need in these brochures. (You may have to cut and paste the addresses into your browser)

fruitsandnuts.ucdavis.edu/crops/8048.pdf

homeorchard.ucdavis.edu/calendar-santaclara.pdf

Good luck with your edible landscape!
