| Diane, I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up! Succulents are a large and varied group of plants. However a general mix would have quite a bit of sand for optimum drainage, especially on the surface of the mix. Thanks for the question.
