Hi! When is the best time to transplant a peony?
I have heard various theories on this and so
I need to know the BEST time.

Peonies dislike having their roots disturbed so the absolutely best time to move them is in the winter when they are dormant. If you move them then, they won't even know they've been moved and will sprout and bloom right on schedule.
