I HAVE DUG UP AN OLD ROSE OF SHARON & WANT TO PLANT A YOUNG ONE IN IT'S PLACE. CAN THIS BE DONE NOW ( 6-1-07) BEFORE IT FLOWERS? SHOULD I WAIT TILL FALL AFTER IT'S FINISHED FLOWERING? |
You can plant now and you can transplant the old rose of sharon. Just keep them well watered and expect a little transplant shock (wilting, dropping leaves, failure to flower) until the roots become established in their new homes. |
