We had a late freeze in April after my hydrangea had leaves sprouting. The frost killed all the new growth, but it now has many green leaves (it's June now). My question is: Will I get any flower head blooms this summer? Should I prune the entire plant or leave it?

I'd leave the plant alone. It may still flower for you later this season. You can prune it back next winter. Good luck with your plant!
