Are there any plants that grow in zones 7 or 8 in full shade that naturally repell mesquitos?

I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up!

There are plants that mosquitos don't want to land on but they won't keep mosquitos away from the area around the plants. Citronella is the substance taken from one such plant but the plant is not cold hardy and won't keep mosquitoes from being anywhere near it.
