Is it true that Viburnam opulus (Snowball Bush) is prone to aphids. And if so, do deer feed on it? Is there a remedy?

Aphids do like viburnum opulus; encouraging lady bugs to visit your garden can keep the population under control, or you could try using insecticidal soap. It's been my experience that deer are not the least bit interested in snowball bush. I think the texture of the leaves deters them.

Best wishes with your garden!
