I bought a hanging Geranium plant from Home Depot a few weeks ago. It has white flowers with hot pink on them. It's a beautiful flower but many of the leaves are brown around the edges and the flowers dry out quickly and sometimes the buds dry out before they bloom. It didn't look completely healthy when I bought it, but I just thought it needed water and Miracle Gro. I water it regularly and have fed it a few times. What else can I do? Should I return or exchange it?

Based on your description I am not certain what is happening to your plant, but the symptoms sound as though it is not being watered enough or there might be a root problem that is preventing it from thriving. The soil should be kept evenly moist like a wrung out sponge, not sopping wet/saturated and not dried out. If you are not satisfied with your plant, please contact the store where you purchased it.
