I have started Nusturtiums from seed but I don't know what to expect. The ones that have sprouted I have propped up on a trailis as the flop all over. Would I better using them in baskets rather then in pots expecting them to stand straight?
Thank,
G. Honan

Nasturtiums naturally sprawl over the ground, or they will scramble up a support such as a trellis. They will not stand up straight on their own. They can be a bit large for growing in hanging baskets. There are some smaller bush forms to try in a container if that's what you have in mind. Enjoy your nasturtiums!
