Dear Whom It May Concern,
I have an eight foot tall angle wing begonia that i am constantly clipping the top of to keep it to keep

I suspect the constant clipping may be removing the portion of the plant where the flowers would form. You might try (gradually) increasing the amount of light the plant receives; this might help it stay more compact without trimming. Also fertilize regularly from spring through fall with a general purpose water soluble fertilizer such as 10-10-10 plus minors per the label directions. The combination of adequate light and correct fertilization should do the trick.
