what veggies benefit from used coffee grounds are added to their soil? #2 i need to locate and perhaps buy the red bud tree that has maroon colored leaves. the regular red buds have a short blossom life and the colored, other then green, would add throughout the summer color.

I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up!

Most all vegetables will appreciate a moderate amount of coffee grounds mixed into the soil. The redbud you are asking about is most likely the variety called 'Forest Pansy'.
