What do we do with the dead Rose bushes that we purchased a month ago from Home Depot?

I'd start by trying to figure out why they died. Wild roses take practically no care, other than regular watering. Check the planting site to make sure the plants have good drainage (a wet site will rot the roots) and check to make sure they are getting a deep soaking once or twice a week. You might want to dig the plants and see if your local Home Depot will replace them for you.

Hope you have better luck with your next roses!
