The Q&A Archives: Unkown Houseplant!

Question: Dear Whom it May Concern
I received a houseplant and have no idea what it is called or what it could be similar to, and can't seem to find the answer anywhere. This plant seems to do well in with moderate light and water, it is not demanding. This is my favorite houseplant, and I'd love to know what it's called, if you can help.

P.S., I have some pictures below.

Answer: It is always difficult to identify a plant by a photo. I think this plant is leaning because it might like a bit more sun. I think this may be some sort of Euphorbia, especially if it seems a bit like a succulent. An identifying characteristic of Euphorbia is a milky white sap (caution may cause skin irritation).
