I plan to plant tulip bulbs at my cottage in Newfoundland. (I am from Africa!) Do I leave the bulbs in the soil during winter or should they be lifted?

Tulip bulbs should be left in the ground year round. Plant them in a spot with full sun and good drainage. Tulip bulbs are planted in the fall. Enjoy your garden!
