| Joyce, I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up! There are products that will kill grassy weeds (they contain the ingredients Sethoxydim or Fluazifop) but not your broad leaf flowering plants. There are not products to kill existing broad leaf weeds but not harm broad leaf flowers. One option is to use a general purpose product containing glyphosate (Roundup is one brand), and to just wipe it on the foliage of the weeds. There are special wiper applicators for such uses.
