What is the normal time frame for Eugenia trees to grow to approximately 6 feet tall and 3 feet wide? Do these trees normally reach these dimensions? Thanks for your answer.

Eugenia will grow to 30' at maturity and it is considered a fast grower (which translates to over 18" of new growth each year. So, depending upon the size of the Eugenia you're planting, you should get coverage in a few short years.
