Is there any way to stop a tree from producint fruit without having to cut it down? |
Depending on what kind of tree it is, you may be able to have it sprayed in the spring when it is blooming to prevent fruit formation. Please check with your Rutgers county extension as to what might be available to use in your state that would be effective on the tree you have in mind. Also, I should mention that these products are not usually available to homeowners. They have to be applied by a professional. A professionally trained and certified arborist may also be able to advise you. |
