| You might be able to dig them out by the root, possibly to share with gardening friends. You could spray them with a nonselective herbicide containing glyphosate, be sure to read and follow all of the label directions. Or, repeatedly cutting them down should eventually exhaust them so they do not return. If the growing conditions are well suited to the ferns, however, you may see regrowth from spores from the nearby remaining stand. |
