| Alma, I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up! If you remove tree roots you might severely damage the tree or make it very weak and apt to blow over in a wind. Products sprayed to kill roots will kill the tree.
