Linda,

I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up!

Some sun loving annual flowers include: Zinnia, Moss Rose (Portulaca), Mexican Heather (Cuphea), Melampodium, Mexican Sunflower (Tithonia), Purslane, Pentas, Blue Daze (Evolvulus), Spider Flower (Cleome), Indian Blanket (Gaillardia pulchella), zinnias (including narrow leafed zinnia, Zinnia angustifolia), Esperanza (Tecoma stans), Salvias (many good ones including Salvia greggii and Salvia 'Indigo Spires'), Ice Plant, Celosia and Scaevola.

Thanks for the question. Best wishes for a wonderful gardening season. Please stop in again soon!
