I AM LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC WILLOW TREE. SMALLISH WITH PINK AND WHITE LEAVES. I BELIEVE IT'S CALLED A NISHKA??

Salix i. 'Hakuro Nishiki' is the name of the willow with pink and white foliage. It's a specialty item so you probably won't find it at your local Home Depot but you could canvass your local nurseries for a specimen.
