The Q&A Archives: peppers

Question: How long after the blooms does it take for the pepper plants to produce peppers?

Answer: It really depends upon the types of peppers you are growing. Most take 70 days from seed germination to maturity; 40-45 days from flower to fruit. Peppers are ready to pick when they are the right size and color for their type.

Hope this helps!
