Can anything be about burnout spots in lawn from dog urine???

Pouring water on the spot immediately while it is fresh will help dilute the urine and reduce the burning. If the dog belongs to you, you might also check with your veterinarian to see if the dog's urine is particularly acidic due to diet or other causes. Other than that, there is not too much you can do except to fence off the lawn area and prevent or limit the dog's access to it.
