I remember reading somewhere of an ordinary household item that could be used to rid our home of ants. We have tiny ants near the concrete of our home in the backyard area. This is the only spot that we have seen them. We've sprayed but they do come back.

We have a dog, so it is important to use something that will not harm her.

Appreciate any insight you may give us.

You may find the following information about ant control helpful. Be sure to locate the nest when you treat them -- most often sprays are ineffective because they are not applied to the nest. Treating the nest also reduces the amount of spray or liquid being used and allows you to cover the spot to prevent your pet from getting into it.
