Trimming leggie Plumerias - Knowledgebase Question

I have a very leggie Plumeria in my yard. It has long stalks with leaves at the tops, but the stalks are about 4 foot long and I want to trim up the plant to look more normal. How and when do I trim up my leggie Plumeria. (This is my second question, as I did not receive any response the first time) Thank you.

I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up!

You can cut them back and then root some of the cuttings. The following web page provides info on pruning a plumeria:
