Yes, you'll need to water everything, especially in this hot weather! Plan on watering your flowers at least every other day; shrubs twice a week and trees once a week during the summer months. Dwarf citrus trees are smaller in size than regular citrus trees, but the fruit will be the same size as is produced on a standard sized tree. Petite oleander grows only 4' tall and 6' wide; dwarf oleanders usually grow 6' tall and wide. Your lawn should be watered deeply once or twice a week if it is bermuda (the most heat tolerant grass). If it is ryegrass or any other mixture, it will brown out during the hottest months (no matter how much water you apply) because it will be dormant. It will begin to green up when the weather cools in October. Hope this answers all your questions! |
