| Evergreen ground cover choices include Ajuga, Vinca minor, Wooly Thyme, and Pachysandra. All tolerate full sun and are low growing. For evergreen shrubs, consider Thuja occidentalis (Eastern Arborvitae) cultivars ?Hetz Midget?, ?Holmstrup? or ?Little Giant? all remain 4' and below; or Taxus x media ?Densiformis? (Anglojap Yew).
