| Pat, I apologize for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up! Most good lawn grasses are planted from plugs or sod and not seed. Two that can be planted from seed include centipede and some bermudagrass cultivars.
