How do I stake / support pole beans in a container? - Knowledgebase Question

I have bean poles (from seeds) and egglants in containers. How should I support the beans? Thanks.

You can use bamboo stakes to make a teepee shape for your beans and eggplants. You'll need three for each pot. Sink the ends into the soil at the edges of your containers, then gather them together at the top and tie them together. Or, construct a frame in the ground outside of your pots and train both plants onto strings tied to the frame.
