I saw a very tall red Hydrangea when I was in Delaware a couple of years ago. I would like to have one for my yard. Could you tell me what is is called?

You may have seen Hydrangea 'Cardinal Red' if the foliage was green, or 'Lady in Red' hydrangea if the foliage was purple-hued. Either should be readily available in your gardening region.

Best wishes with your new hydrangea!
