I recently bought some dwarf english boxwood, planted to instructions and they die. Will and how long does it take for them to grow back?

I planted some caladiums and they are growing very well for me not to know what I was doing. I wanted to plant something for the summer and have something planted in the same bed for all seasons to come up annually. What else would you suggest that will give my home color all year round?

I don't know whether or not your boxwoods will come back. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, though and continue to water them on a regular basis. With any luck, you'll see new growth soon.

For year around color in the bed with your caladiums, you might want to plant both annuals and perennials. Here are the top 10 Annuals for your growing region:
Ageratum
Begonia
Impatiens
Coleus
Petunia
Sweet Alyssum
Lungwort
Salvia/Scarlet Sage
Periwinkle
Dahlia
And, the top 10 Perennials:
Daylily
Fern
Hosta
Coral Bells
Columbine
Foam Flower
American Alum Root
Lobelia
Rudbeckia/Coneflower
Lady?s Mantle

Best wishes with your garden!
