How do you dry herbs?

There are several different ways to dry herbs, depending on which particular herb you have. In general, harvest when the plants are dry (not wet from dew or rain) and dry in a dark place with good air circulation. Some can be hung in bundles, others can be set out in a single layer on screens or on a paper towel. Check them and discard any that begin to mold. When thoroughly dry, store in air tight containers in a cool, dark place. You may have to experiment and see which locations and methods work best for you.
