Depending upon the type of rose bush you're growing, it could be quite normal. Hybrid tea roses have more foliage, especially if they are pruned down to 18-24" each spring. New growth begins there and typically the shrub looks dense and leafy. If you're not pruning your roses each spring, this could account for the leggy appearance. |
