Question: i recently moved into a home and there is a large area of daphne shrub in the front of the house. a neighbor said that it is called daphne. it is a large shrub with clusters of small deep pink and pale pink flowers. it just bloomed and all of the flowers died and i am wondering if it wil reblom or if this is it for the season. i just fed it miracle grow bloom booster and wondered if i am working in vain?

Answer: Daphne blooms just once a year, but you're not working in vain. Feeding your shrub after it has finished flowering will help it to flower next year. Continue to give your daphne TLC and it will reward you with gorgeous blooms next year. Enjoy!
