The Q&A Archives: daphne

Question: Is it possible to get daphne in the US? If so, where would I get it?

Answer: There are lots of daphnes available in the U.S. however they are uncommon in PA because they are not as cold hardy as required for your growing region. You may be able to find Daphne x Burkwoodii 'Somerset' in some well stocked nurseries. It is the most cold hardy and should grow well in PA. I'm afraid you'll have to phone around to find one.
