I HAVE A ROSE BUSH THAT IS NOW TWO AND IT HAS NO NEW GROWTH IN THE PAST MONTH. I HAVE GAVE IT SOME IRON AND STILL NOTHING.

Roses need a moist soil that is well drained (not soggy). They need a full sun exposure or close to it. They respond well to regular feeding. Try giving your rose a boost with a liquid product such as Miracle Gro weekly for a month or two. Also mulch the area around the bush to deter weeds. With some vigor and good sunlight it should become vigorous and start blooming in a month or two.
