I found some tulip bulbs that I split from the original bulbs and have sprouts, can I plant them now? I don't think they will last until fall; I do not have central air and only part time single room air. I received them as a potted plant.

You could try planting them now, if you want to experiment and see what happens. They may or may not survive. But, if you do not plant them now they will not last.
