I drove by a home with the prettiest flowers and was wondering the name of them. they looked like black eyed susans, however the petals were larger and the color was not only yellow but they were yellow with amber tint throughout the petals and the petals were lying downward. Do you know what they could be, if they are annuals or perennials and if home depot sells them? thanks

Based on your description this might have been the annual Rudbeckia "Hot Chocolate" or with really droopy petals, possibly one of the new Echinaceas, possibly "Summer Sky" or "Harvest Moon." Please check directly with your local store to see what they might have available.
